EXCHANGES & RETURNS.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange, plus an additional 30 days to ship your return or exchange. Instant exchanges have a separate 14-day mailing deadline, explained below.

There are no restocking or hidden fees, with or without Redo.

With Redo:

• You have 30 days from your delivery date to make returns/exchanges. You will receive a pre-paid label after processing your return/exchange and can make unlimited returns & exchanges.
• If you opt for Store Credit during your exchange or return, you will receive an additional $5 in store credit.

Without Redo:

• You have 30 days from your delivery date to request a return for a refund or an exchange. You will need to purchase your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice to ship back your item.
• If you opt for Store Credit during your exchange or return, you will receive an additional $5 in store credit
• If you are sent the wrong item(s), you will not need to pay for shipping label and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label at no cost.

Have your order number and email ready, then use our Returns Portal to begin. If you purchased Redo coverage, eligible returns and exchanges include prepaid labels. Without Redo, you can still request a refund or exchange and pay for your return postage.

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

* For the safety of our customers, any items with excessive dog/cat hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Instant Exchanges: You can now exchange items instantly without needing to wait to send back your items. When you authorize your exchange, you have 14 days to mail back your items. If your returned item is not in the mail after 14 days, you will be charged for the item you failed to return.

International orders (any country outside the United States) are eligible for returns and a refund. We do not allow exchanges at this time.

All customers must pay for their shipping label and shipped to our warehouse per the instructions in the Returns Portal. Returns must first be authorized via the Returns Portal. Any orders shipped back to us without authorization via the returns portal will be rejected.

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on products designated as "Final Sale"  or gift cards.

*Note: All "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are eligible for exchange only. Stock may vary.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we usually issue your refund to your original payment method within 24 hours of receiving and inspecting your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
