We are proud to offer Unlimted Returns & Exchanges via Redo on all U.S. Orders.

How it Works:

  • Customers can purchase Redo Unlimited Returns Coverage at a fixed cost during checkout to make unlimited returns & exchanges, plus receive pre-paid return labels.
  • If you did not purchase Redo coverage for your order during checkout, you will be prompted to purchase your shipping return label inside the returns portal. If you are sent the wrong items, you will be sent a pre-paid shipping label at no cost.
  • No restock/hidden fees with or without Redo
  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. You also have an additional 30 days to ship us your return/exchange.

U.S Returns & Exchanges

With Redo:

  • You have 30 days from your delivery date to make returns/exchanges. You will receive a pre-paid label after processing your return/exchange and can make unlimited returns & exchanges.
  • If you opt for Store Credit during your exchange or return, you will receive an additional $5 in store credit.

Without Redo:

  • You have 30 days from your delivery date to make exchanges. You will need to purchase your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice to ship back your item.
  • If you opt for Store Credit during your exchange or return, you will receive an additional $5 in store credit
  • If you are sent the wrong item(s), you will not need to pay for shipping label and you will receive a pre-paid shipping label at no cost.

Exchange & Return Eligibility


To be eligible for an exchange or return:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

* For the safety of our customers, any items with excessive dog/cat hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

Instant Exchanges: You can now exchange items instantly without needing to wait to send back your items. When you authorize your exchange, you have 14 days to mail back your items. If your returned item is not in the mail after 14 days, you will be charged for the item you failed to return.

International Returns & Exchanges

International orders (any country outside the United States) are eligible for returns and a refund. We do not allow exchanges at this time.

All customers must pay for their shipping label and shipped to our warehouse per the instructions in the Returns Portal. Returns must first be authorized via the Returns Portal. Any orders shipped back to us without authorization via the returns portal will be rejected.

Sales / Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on products designated as "Final Sale"  or gift cards.

*Note: All "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are eligible for exchange only. Stock may vary.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
