We offer FREE Shipping On Instant Exchanges and Returns for all eligible items on U.S Orders.  

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. You also have an additional 30 days to ship us your return/exchange.

U.S. Exchanges

We offer FREE shipping for exchanges for all eligible items on U.S Orders. We also have zero additional fees for any exchanged items.

U.S. Exchanges & Returns For Store Credit

If you opt for Store Credit during your exchange or return, you will receive an additional $5 in store credit with no restocking fees.

U.S. Returns For Refunds

We offer FREE shipping for returns for all eligible items on U.S Orders.

We have a 10% restock fee based on the value of your returned items deducted from your refund amount. (EX: Returning a a $30 order will amount to a $3 deduction to your return)

Restock fee does not apply to damaged/defected products that are sent to you.

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

* For the safety of our customers, any items with excessive dog/cat hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

2. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Instant Exchanges: You can now exchange items instantly without needing to wait to send back your items. When you authorize your exchange, you have 14 days to mail back your items. If your returned item is not in the mail after 14 days, you will be charged for the item you failed to return.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

International Returns & Exchanges

International orders (any country outside the United States) are eligible for returns and a refund. We do not allow exchanges at this time.

All customers must pay for their shipping label which will be deducted from your refund total. The shipping cost will be shown at the end of the Returns process.

Sales / Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We cannot accept returns on products designated as "Final Sale"  or gift cards.

*Note: All "Get a Free Product" or "Buy One, Get One" purchases are eligible for exchange only. Stock may vary.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
