Shipping Policy

U.S. Orders:

All U.S. orders come with FREE 1-3 (business) day shipping via USPS if you spend $75+ .

All U.S. orders under $75 will be charged for shipping.

Due to high demand and large order volumes, please allow up to 48 hours before your item ships.

U.S. Exchanges:

We offer FREE shipping for exchanges for all eligible items on U.S Orders. We also have zero additional fees for any exchanged items.

U.S. Returns:

We offer FREE shipping for returns for all eligible items on U.S Orders.

We have a 10% restock fee based on the value of your returned items deducted from your refund amount. (EX: Returning a a $30 order will amount to a $3 deduction to your return)

Restock fee does not apply to damaged/defected products that are sent to you.

International Orders:

All International orders (outside the U.S.) will be required to pay for shipping along with any duties and taxes during checkout to ensure door-to-door delivery.

International Returns & Exchanges:

International orders (any country outside the United States) are eligible for returns and a refund. We do not allow exchanges at this time.

All customers must pay for their shipping label which will be deducted from your refund total. The shipping label cost will be shown at the end of the Returns. Once accepted, you'll receive your pre-paid label.

To be eligible for a return:

1. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

* For the safety of our customers, any items with excessive dog/cat hair, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund.

2. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged Shipping:

We offer Package Protection (Shipping insurance available for purchase at checkout), which is a package protection solution that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so the added protection gives you assurance that you’re supported, no matter what.

If you opt-out of purchasing our Package Protection, we are not responsible in covering the cost of a replacement order or refund. However, you may still file a claim with USPS to resolve your issue.
